Sandra Gibbons and Monty Williams announce their engagement to be married. Sandra is the daughter of the late Eloise Bryan, Carson City and the late Leland Gibbons, Fallon. She is Washoe/Paiute and a member of the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California. She lives in Carson City, Nevada.
