• APPLICATION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER AGAINST STALKING OR HARRASSMENT*
• APPLICATION FOR A TEMPORARY AND/OR EXTENDED ORDER FOR PROTECTION AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE*

2. Turn in application to the FPST Tribal Court Clerk for processing.

3. The courts have 1 full WORKING day to respond. (generally 24 hours during the week and/or 72 hours over the weekend – holiday weekends may take longer)

4. A court date will be set for extensions and permanency requests. YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN COURT IN EITHER SITUATION.
