The Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides professional medical services within the scope of their licensing and certifications and will perform all essential, professional services consistent with the goals of assisting patients to maintain or increase their levels of health and wellness. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to; conducting comprehensive history and physical examinations, analyze the result of examination and test to determine possible treatment, monitor patient’s condition and progress, perform regular checkups, document patient care activities and maintain patient medical records in accordance with clinic policy and administer immunizations. Qualifications include; graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in Advanced Practitioner of Nursing or Physician Assistant, current licensure from any state/territory of the United States of America, with preference for licensure from the State of Nevada, at least one (1) year prior professional experience as a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant in a clinic setting serving children and adults.
