Any person who desires, to be enrolled as a member of the tribe, and believes they meet the membership requirements, set forth in the constitution adn By-Laws, Article II, Section 1-a, b, c. shall be required to file an application for membership, on a form approved by the Fallon Business Council (Attached.) Provided the individual is 18 years of age or older. A sponsor in behalf of a minor, mental incompetent, or any other person in need of assistance may file an Application.

The Enrollment Application (s) shall be filed with the Secretary of the Business Council or Enrollment Specialist who shall be responsible for the issuance, recording, and filing of all application forms. The Secretary of the Business Council or Enrollment Specialist shall maintain a log of all applications.

Membership Services has provided the necessary forms and introductory letter of information that should be read in its entirely.

Please review the application carefully, if it is missing documentation, it will delay the process and will be returned to the applicant/sponsor.
