Click the link below to download the application. The application must be filled out prior to getting a backpack. If you cannot fill it out before hand, applications are going to be available onsite to fill out there.

Note: We recommend that you use either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for this. To save a filled out file follow these steps:
– Google Chrome: Click the Print icon. In the Destination box, click the Drop Down arrow and select Save as PDF and then click the Save button at the bottom. A Save As window will come up, in the left hand section click on Desktop, then click the Save button.
– Microsoft Edge: Click the Save As icon (looks like a Floppy disk with a pencil on it) on the upper right side of the Edge window. A Save As window will come up, in the left hand section click on Desktop, then click the Save button.
