Administers positions functions under the direction of the Court Administrator as outlined by law and other code and by performing the below listed essential duties and responsibilities.  Coordinate activities such as jury selection, notifications, utilization; case scheduling and tracking; personnel assignments and space and equipment allocation; orderly processing of court cases. Work with Tribal Law and other committee to review and recommend new and revised Tribal codes and  ordinances; recommend revisions to policies and procedures according to Tribal codes which impact the judiciary. Examines legal documents submitted to court adherence to law or court procedures. Two (2) year degree from a community college or tech school in a related area. Three (3) years of related experience and/or training. Preference given to qualified Tribal and Indian applicants in accordance with 25 CFR. Pays $14.43 – $17.23 hourly.
