To provide administrative, clerical and reception services to the social services department and programs. Maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding clients, child protective team (CPT) programs and related agencies. Prepare grant or contract funding proposal applications and renewal applications with authorizing council resolution and assures proposals are complete. Performs complex clerical procedures. Qualifications: This position requires compliance with the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act public law 101-630; 25 code of federal regulations part 63- Indian child protection and family violence prevention; crime control act of 1990, employee background checks; and executive order 12968. Adjudicative guidelines and therefore must successfully complete an extensive background check before starting employment. Preference given to qualified Tribal and Indian applicants in accordance with 25 CFR. Pays $12.82 – $15.31 hourly.
