RE: CARES Act Program Tribal Prevention Assistance Application
On Tuesday, June 23, 2020 the approved prevention assistance applications for tribal members to prepare their households against the COVID-19 public health emergency was mailed out. As of June 23, 2020 all applications have been mailed to every adult member who will be 18 years of age as of June 30, 2020. These applications once received will need to be completed and mailed back to:

All completed applications much be post marked by August 1, 2020.
FOR CLARIFICATION: On the CARES Act Program Tribal Prevention Assistance Application that was mailed out on June 23, 2020, under Required Documentation #4 (see corrected revision below):
Checks received by adult members must be cashed within 90 days of issuance.
